The role

The IT Management Tribe has the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organization. We're seeking a dynamic individual to bring our SaaS Management area to a new level, focusing on:

Managing the entire Software contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Indirect Procurement, Business Leaders, IT teams and Finance. Managing and optimizing SaaS license utilization and spending. Elevating our SaaS Management offerings to Senior Leadership by identifying pain points, defining ideal outcomes, scoping initiatives, and ultimately delivering value to the business.

What you’ll do

Software Contract Management: Ensure software purchase requests in Jira are accurate, approved, compliant, and all related contracts are properly stored. Software Optimization: Collaborate with various stakeholders to realize SaaS cost savings through cleanups and terminations. Insights and analysis: Provide data analysis in Google Sheets related to Software spend across the Globe, providing metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Financial Liaison and Budget Tracking: Liaise with the Finance department, executing and keeping track of the Opex and Capex IT & Security budget, presenting findings to senior management for decision-making and budget planning. Reporting: Crafting concise reports for senior leadership in Google Docs, leveraging expert written communication and data-driven insights. Software Consolidation Program: Ensure the successful completion of all related initiatives by using various skills like project management, product management, and stakeholder management. Soft Skills:

Ownership: Demonstrate ownership, achieving results regardless of who is responsible for the execution of the initiative. Adaptability: Proven agile mindset, a bias to action, excelling at driving change and decision-making. Project and Change Management: Experience with planning and implementing projects from start to finish, by using various skills like project management, change management and stakeholder management.  Collaboration: Experience working with senior leadership, confident to present data insights and influence business decisions that continually drive optimization. Communication: Fluent in English, proficient in both oral and written communication, adjusting the tone and style as needed to convey messages effectively, handling intricate scenarios and effectively using active listening skills and assertiveness. Critical Thinking: Proven ability to drive continuous process improvement with a proactive, can-do attitude, consistently overcoming challenges with determination and resourcefulness.

Financial and Software skills:

Analytical skills: Capacity to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other relevant insights for increasing senior management visibility on IT portfolio management topics. Presentation skills: Deliver reports that summarize data insights, supporting the development and optimization of strategies and processes to reduce software costs. ITIL: Experience with software delivery practices, such as ITIL is a plus. Financial literacy: Understanding of IT financial management principles, including cost allocation, budget planning and variance analysis. Excel & Google Sheet: Proficient in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, familiar with Google Sheets. Software Management: Knowledge of software licensing models, SLAs, credit management, and contractual terms and conditions to efficiently oversee and manage agreements is a plus. What we offer
