Do you have a passion for technology and a desire to learn from industry experts and to make a real impact in a global healthcare company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at Novo Nordisk’s Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply (PS) Architecture team.

What’s in it for you?

As an IT/OT Analyst, you will be paired up with different Architects in the team to cover Novo Nordisk’s core Product Supply processes. You will get the opportunity to:

Support the team’s core governance process – Solution Support Service - that supports our delivery teams in DDIT PS by putting together all the relevant Subject Matter Experts and Architects for reviewing the IT/OT solutions to be delivered in NN. You will coordinate, plan, facilitate and maintain such process and define improvements in alignment with the architecture team. Coordinate, plan and facilitate other relevant forums owned by the team (i.e. Strategic Architectural Forum, DD&IT PS Architectural forum etc..). Support the team in delivering and maintaining team artifacts. This includes maintaining our SharePoint sites and ensure those are up to date. Give structure to our existing Solution Support Service data and establish and automate the reporting on those data according to the team’s needs. Learn core architecture skills and tools by supporting the team in deliveries.

The current technology landscape around these opportunities is diverse, with PAS-X, SAP (ECC, GBT, ATTP), GlobalLIMS and various L2/L1 systems (SCADA, Historian, stand-alone equipment etc.) as the primary global platforms and source systems. Furthermore, we work in an Agile setup based on the SAFe® framework.

What are we looking for?

Your key trades include, but are not limited to the following experiences:

You have a Master’s degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar in experience. You have experience with IT/OT technologies, solutions and applications (e.g., MES, WMS, ERP etc..) in the manufacturing space, or you are highly interested in those. You have experience with planning and facilitation of workshops/forums. You have good stakeholder management and communication skills. You have an aspiration to work within and know more about the IT/OT manufacturing space. You have an interest in IT governance, IT processes and data. Experience with data handling/reporting and Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI etc..) is a plus.

As a person, you are energised by taking responsibility, not only for your tasks but also for ensuring alignment and communication at your peers’ level. You are proactive and curious, empathetic and good relationship builder and want to be part of ensuring we deliver a future proof and solid IT architecture to our stakeholders.

We encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience, however, the interviews will be called after the end date.
Studies show that members of underrepresented communities don’t apply for jobs unless they’re 100% “qualified”. If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we like you to reconsider and give it a chance. Maybe your profile fits our needs much better than you think. We look forward to receiving your application!
