The Operations role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of IT operations and initiatives across Axos. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized, and task-driven professional capable of managing multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to shifting priorities, and ensures that projects are executed with accuracy and efficiency.This position is a mid-level intermediate position or a position in which a junior has had years of experience that needs a greater challenge. This is a supportive role to the IT Operations at Axos which has potential growth in responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Task Management:Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and proactively follow up on deliverables.
Support Operational needs: Provide supportive and consistent routine duties in accounting, invoice processing and executive presentations.Reporting & Documentation: Manage various reporting duties, including executive-level management reports, team performance analysis, and software development tracking. Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and provide actionable insights.Administrative & Organizational Support: Handle administrative functions such as budget analysis, presentation and report creation, and task prioritization to support IT operations and leadership.Data Analysis and Data Entry support: Provide additional support and excellence in accuracy in data analysis.Special Projects & Strategic Support: Work on ad hoc initiatives as assigned by the VP, IT Operations & Special Projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and IT strategy.Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to task execution.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in IT operations, project management tools, with Excel and Powerpoint.About Axos
