This position involves managing the end user calls, Desk side support, Basic Server / Network administration, Coordination with TEIS, Vendor Management, Local procurement, etc. **What your background should look like:** **Primary Responsibilities:** PC support, Windows server management, OS installations, Patch management, Data backups, and Managing network/server uptime. **Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:** Good experience with Windows Operating systems – Windows 10 / 11 + Installation + Configuration + Administration + SW/Application Maintenance (patching, upgrading, …) + Troubleshooting + ServiceNow (SNOW) **Experience with one or more of the following technologies** 1. IP Phone setup 2. PC backup 3. Microsoft Active directory **Educational Required/Desired:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required 5+ years of work experience.
