Make a Difference

The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis of existing and proposed programs within IT, prepare ROI calculations for capital projects, assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget, assist with the preparation of the various government cost reports, and other projects as assigned.

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

·         In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

·         Two (2) years of IT operations experience required.

·         Accounting and/or finance experience in healthcare preferred.

·         This position will be a hybrid role if you reside within a 60-mile radius of 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
