QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT management, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, vendor management, and project management.Strong understanding of IT change control and change management processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, in a multicultural context.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Management and effective maintenance of the ERP(SYSPRO) platform implemented as part of corporate policies, together with the central organization.IT Manager is the lead subject matter expert for ERP (SYSPRO): Provide support to management, staff, and members, troubleshoot issues, and train users on new systems or software.Lead and oversee team incident management, checking and solving issues, bug fixing, investigation of escalated problems. Monitoring of interfaces, replications, and Enhancement managementOversee portfolio management to prioritize and manage IT projects and initiatives.Lead project & test management efforts to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget, and ensure the continuous development of project management methods and the performance of project management office.Chair the IT change control board to oversee and approve changes to the IT environment.Assist and coordinate IT change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Develop and implement IT methodologies and best practices, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with IT delivery organizations to provide support and ensure alignment with business needs.Ensure global corporation with HQ IT departments, to manage, rollout and maintain the deliveries from the HQ IT organizations, towards the application portfolio supporting our business in China.Key DeliverablesPrioritized portfolio of IT projects and initiatives.Strong IT vendor relationships and effective management of IT service and product delivery.Successful delivery of IT projects within scope, time, and budget.Effective IT change control board that oversees and approves changes.Established IT methodologies, guardrails and best practices.Effective support for IT delivery organizations in production and logistics, finance, purchasing, and HR.
