Job Description

Position Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for enabling growth of the Chemtronics business through the implementation and modification of IT systems including ERP, CRM, EDI and other business solution systems.  Chemtronics is located in Kennesaw, GA and has approximately 75 employees that this position would be solely responsible for supporting.

The IT Manager will develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap for the business that is consistent with the business goals.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the business relationship with other outside IT managed service providers and will be work with other divisional IT resources to  to support other locations within the Contamination Control Division as needed. This position will report directly to the Divisional IT Manager and be based at our Kennesaw, GA location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with business leaders to build, maintain and execute an IT roadmap to enable aggressive growth within the businessProvide day to day support  to our IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, PBX) and applications ( ERP, CRM, EDI)Provide  end user helpdesk support  including onboarding and offboarding employees.Project manage and execute upgrades to systems and applications to maintain currency and supportability.Partner with Managed Service Providers to define and deliver infrastructure and/or application support where applicable.Ensure compliance with cyber security standards by deploying, managing and maintaining enterprise cyber security tools.Perform system patching and security remediationsPerform and esnure that data backups are performed, execute periodic BCDR tests.Document and keeping all processes and procedures currentAdminister and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy.Install and tests necessary software and hardwareMaximizes the availability, uptime, stablity and data integrity of Company Infrastructure, PC Software, hardware, network, printers and file and print serversMonitor PC, Network and Server performance. Tune to optimize performance. Make recommendations for new equipment or services.Administer, troubleshoot and maintain telephone system, phones and other communication equiptment.Maintains inventory of all hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements.Provide IT expertise and support to businesses across the Division as needed.Performs all other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5 years experience as an Network Administrator, IT Manager, Business Partner, Systems Analyst or similar roleExperience deploying, upgrading and enhancing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, VirtualizationStong experience in networking, WAN/LAN/Wireless.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Strong understanding of various IT functional areas (infrastructure, networking and end user support.)Experience implementing compliance and cyber security controls based on NIST, TISAX, ISO and CMMC standardsExperience with ERP, CRM, Power BI, and various other business applications a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.
