IT Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our manufacturing team in Londonderry, New Hampshire. In this role, you will oversee the IT landscape, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals and operational needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead IT initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and implement strategies that drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its effectiveness and reliability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions. • Develop and execute strategic IT plans that align with organizational goals and emerging technologies. • Maintain and update IT architecture documentation to ensure it reflects current systems and processes. • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service agreements to optimize costs and service quality. • Lead the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services in line with company policies and budget constraints. • Drive the successful delivery of IT projects by defining scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams. • Ensure compliance with IT governance, policies, and security standards to protect organizational data and systems. • Provide guidance and leadership to the IT team, fostering growth and skill development. • Utilize tools such as Power BI and Salesforce to enhance reporting and operational efficiency. Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong understanding of business relationship management and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. • Proven track record in project management, including delivering IT projects on time and within budget. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, systems, and relevant technologies. • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP systems like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. • Expertise in cloud technologies, Active Directory, and backup solutions. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
