Overview of the role:
This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Service Delivery, and works closely with the Saputo Australia IT Business partner, to manage and deliver IT infrastructure and services for the division. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic global context, working easily with a diverse set of stakeholders at various levels of the organization, while establishing close working relationships with IT and business stakeholders in their region. During their career, the candidate will have worked in various IT technical, service and management roles, and have developed a well-rounded skillset to manage both operations and project activities.
We are seeking a pragmatic leader with a service mindset that can lead a regional service delivery team of direct reports, but also achieve outcomes through coordination and influence with our global IT teams.
As a Manager, Regional Service Delivery you will:
Define the regional service requirements in partnership with IT Business partners and the division(s)Understanding of the business process and prioritiesParticipate in the regional project and budget review processEnsure the successful delivering of global infrastructure service within the agreed service levels.Monitor and manage services against defined KPIs and SLAsCommunication to the users in the regionContribute to the global service management processes and capabilityAssist in SLA negotiation efforts with Business Unit(s)Manage IT procurement in the regionFacilitate the Major incident process in the regionAct as the primary point of contact in the region on all Global Infrastructure activitiesParticipate in projects testing and validation steps required to ensure smooth implementation of technology and services in their regionProvide regional input to the global infrastructure roadmap, standards, methodologies, tools etc.Approves and Communicate service impacting changes in the regionProvide requirements in relation to new Infrastructure technology solutionsBring specific regional requirements to the Global Core Technology teamMaintain key vendor relationships based on regional needsSupport the Core Technology IT Infrastructure staff based in the regionOn-the-ground execution supportRegional input to Global architecture and technology decisionsBusiness partnering

Support global infra initiatives in regionProvide on the ground execution supportEngage the right team for intake (e.g., first to IT BP to validate priority, then to I&S Management & Planning intake process)Participate in initiatives to make sure regions can provide support for solutionsContribute to global projects and initiativesM&A: lead integration activities on-the-ground, represent I&S, support with managing change for infrastructure roles on the ground (in collaboration with PM)IT Management and planning

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information technology.7+ years of relevant experience in IT service management, infrastructure operations management and/or IT project management3+ years of experience working in IT service and operations3+ years of experience working hands on in an infrastructure domain.Strong, leadership, change management, influence, and collaboration skills. Proven success supporting Infrastructure for a company or business unitExperience in CPG/manufacturing IT environment and with Operational TechnologyExperience with infrastructure integration in the context of Merger and AcquisitionStrong written and oral communication skills at all levels of an organizationAdept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners.Strong ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones and languages.ITIL / ITSM certification would be a nice asset to have.As a leading dairy processor in Australia, Saputo produces, markets, and distributes a variety of products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Devondale, Liddells, CHEER, Mersey Valley and Tasmanian Heritage.
