Tasks:

Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments. Design and develop TOMs (Target Operating Model) that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth. Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions. Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

 

Profile:

Mandatory:

Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts. Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes. Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs (Target Operating Model) with SAP solutions. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Optional:

Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A. Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.
