The Service Provider has been partnering with client in production support activities like participate and support Incident, problem, change and configuration management, Support application availability objectives and mitigate risks, develop configure APM tool Dynatrace Datadog for support proactive monitoring. Drive strategy for migration of monitors from old APM tool to new APM tool
