As the IT Knowledge Management Specialist in the Global deployment team, you will be a business facing individual responsible for developing and delivering knowledge materials and trainings during the deployment of our products to the Operating Countries, so all teams are equipped with the relevant knowledge on how to use them. That extends with responsibility for developing and implementing knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
Your responsibilities would include:
• training activities: developing and implementing knowledge management policies, and procedures aligned with the deployment roadmap priorities; designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars using a variety of instructional techniques and formats; establishing and maintaining knowledge management standards, taxonomies, and metadata schemas to ensure consistency and accuracy of information; developing and maintaining knowledge documentation for our products
• documentation and knowledge transfer: developing and maintaining knowledge management systems and repositories to facilitate the sharing and accessibility of information and resources
• collaboration: cooprating with the Deployment Lead to ensure appropriate knowledge process and procedures are in place and followed; ollaborating with cross-functional teams to capture required knowledge based on changing products
• learning: bing updated on knowledge management trends and technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape to better deliver on the business training needs.
You are a good candidate if you have:
• 5+ years of working experience in the similar position doing software knowledge management and training for large multi nationals
• at least 3-5 years of experience training any of the above-mentioned technologies
• experience in collaboration with cross-functional multinational teams
• strong understanding of knowledge management principles, practices, and methodologies
• experience with knowledge management systems and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, KnowledgeOwl)
• excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• knowledge on how to capture and share the knowledge
• strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• experience with knowledge mapping, taxonomy development, and content classification
• knowledge of change management principles and practices
• certifications in area of Knowledge Management or training
• excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• excellent written and verbal English.
