We offer internships in the following disciplines of Information technology: Service Desk, Application Development and Management, Decision Science, Infrastructure and Cyber Security, and Project Management. \n

Major Areas of Accountabilities include:\n\nSERVICE DESK\nRespond to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems and PC's\/Laptops.\nInstall new computer hardware and software.\nTroubleshoot hardware and software problems to determine resolution or appropriate next steps.\n\n
\n\nINFRASTURCTURE AND CYBER SECURITY\nEnsure foundational tools are performing to business and security requirements. Including routine maintenance of applications and first level security tool support. \nMonitor security events and technology use across the company to confirm operational security and rapid detection of any security incidents. \nPerform incident investigation and incident response following defined procedures and incident response playbooks. Recommend revisions or process improvements to defined playbooks and procedures.\n \nPROJECT MANAGEMENT\nCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.\nAssist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates.\nReport project outcomes and\/or risks to appropriate management channels with defined templates.\n\n

Additional Areas of Accountability:\n\nProvide quality customer service and maintain a friendly, positive, and helpful working environment.\nTroubleshoot issues regarding company managed technology solutions. \nWork with other IT areas to resolve problems. \nCreate and maintain documentation. \nOther duties assigned within the scope, responsibility, and requirements of the job.\n
