Job Summary: The Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Intern will be responsible for maintaining the endpoint devices and helping all others in the organization with IT-related problems. We are looking for a hard-working student who will treat the job as an opportunity to learn and can offer their own ideas and solutions.

 

What You Will Do:

·       Make timely repairs to machines that have been placed out of commission.

·       Assist users with any issues that arise while working with standard software applications.

·       Patch and maintain Windows and Linux infrastructure.

·       Update and maintain configuration management.

·       Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise

·       Present a project with business deliverables to a large audience after completing the internship.

 

What You Will Need:

Basics:

·       Proficient computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Professional Communication skills (written and verbal).

·       Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.

·       Self-learner and self-motivated.
