\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nThe desired candidate will be required to perform the following which may not be limited to:\r\nProvide first-line support for laptops, video and web conferences, & file sharing solutions\r\nIT front desk support\r\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues\r\nSet up and manage wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity\r\nDiagnose and resolve network problems, monitor network performance\r\nCreate, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory\r\nPlan and execute backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability\r\nTrain employees on IT systems and provide user manuals\r\nContribute to IT department knowledge management initiatives\r\nSupport for Syspro upgrade project, working with remote IT staff, including change implementation and testing\r\nCollaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives\r\nEnsure seamless integration of IT systems across all departments\r\nLiaison with external IT support\r\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends\r\nMust be willing and available to work after hours in emergencies when required\r\nManage the ERP and other software packages including VIP Payroll System, Uniclox Biometric Access Control System, Pastel etc.\r\n
