We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofProject Manager

In this role, you will:

Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesAssist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordinationDelivery, governance reporting to stakeholders including the Product owner in the business, leadership of a service line or Product within TechnologyDrives the use of the prevailing methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)Ensure Technology programmes align to HSBC strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aimsEnsuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the ProgrammeManage programme budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalisationManage negotiation with and management of, and service agreement monitoring of third party contracts with Technology suppliersManage the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practicesManage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Infrastructure Project Manager with Exceptional analytical skills in PMP/ ITIL procedures and is skilled in business financial fundamentals forecasting methodologies.Has experience in global stakeholder management, he is well versed with Agile and Scrum methodologies. He has experience in End-to-End Project Management.Has experience in automation tools like Ansible , Puppet along with Hadoop and cloudera implementation etc.Certifications : PMP/ITIL certifications are required MandateWork across business and technology to establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product in line with the Business Transformation Framework and HSBC Risk and Controls frameworkManage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisationEstablish management and administrative procedures and processes for own function or region, to ensure adherence to policies and manage operational risk, with due consideration to both and area or regional activitiesProvide input to strategic plans for function, business or region and will be expected to shape strategic objectives into operational plansProactively manage and co-ordinate the programme roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and updates to ExCo for all upcoming risksObtain buy in from senior management which includes budget, schedule, scope, risk mitigation, and contingency plans to remain 100% compliantClosely work with platform heads to ensure all agreed scope, budget and quality of delivery commitments are metAOP Planning baseline with scope and define delivery timelines which are not impacting the go live datesContinue closely tracking of all projects risks/ issues and plan all-risk mitigation along with prioritization of service remediation based on program delivery plan
