The Role:
BGIS is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst (Office Based) to join our Melbourne team. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary Assist in configuring and setting up new devices (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) Document and track support requests using our ticketing system Ensure timely resolution of issues, providing excellent customer service Support team in managing user accounts and IT equipment inventory Collaborate with senior IT staff on special projects and initiativesWhat We Offer:
