Job Description

The IT Director will be responsible for managing all functions of technology throughout our vast network of practices. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makersEvaluate the company’s adherence to federal technology requirements for securityManage the IT team including developers, security analysts, support technicians and vendorsMaintain company hardware and software programsUpdate technological equipment in the companyImplement company-wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communicationProblem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to lead and teach othersUp-to-date knowledge of latest IT developmentsAbility to explain highly technical concepts in simple termsKnowledge of best computer security practicesGood research and analysis skills Benefits Offered
