Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the technology sector in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are seeking a dedicated IT Director to join our team and help us manage and improve our tech operations. This role involves a variety of functions including networking, support, and ERP, as well as recruiting and managing team members. Responsibilities: • Lead the IT department, including all hardware, software, and networking • Oversee the effective installation, management and maintenance of all IT systems • Implement and manage cloud technologies across the organization • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize business operations • Manage CRM systems to ensure smooth customer relationship management • Be the primary point of contact for all IT related issues • Recruit, permanent, and train new IT staff members • Collaborate with HR for recruitment and other personnel management functions • Ensure the company's IT systems are secure and up-to-date • Resolve any IT related issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in an IT Director role or similar managerial position • Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies • Proficiency in CRM software and its applications in business • Solid understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Familiarity with Computer Hardware and its implementation in a business environment • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage and lead a team of IT professionals • Understanding of data analysis and data-driven decision-making • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field • Detail oriented certifications would be advantageous.
