During the internship you will oversee facilities and IT Operations in one of our sites in Belgium or Netherlands. This includes managing local and regional IT projects in areas such as networking, mobility, IT employee care and ensuring service continuity to support the business. 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS: 

Actively contribute to the strategy for the site you co-own to deliver inspiring employee experiences. 

Develop strong relationship with the stakeholders. 

Manage and execute projects and communication plans. 

Manage partners governance to deliver day-to-day operations with excellence. 

Ensure strong controls and processes are in place to support employee safety. 

Establish operations support for any new processes or services. 

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:  

Master student 

Proficient in English 

Project/Product Management basic knowledge. 

Strong Leadership - this role will lead the representation of Facilities and IT Services in different site initiatives/programs.  

A deep interest in IT in order to automate our work, improve user experiences and digitize our workplaces 

Basic understanding on data and analytics.   

 

Skills You Can Expect to Learn/Build in This Job :  

Leadership presence, C-level communication skills and strategic thinking. 

Project management. 

User experience/employee experience best practices. 

Client Management. 

Managing a multi-vendor environment. 

People Management. 

Digital Workplace Technologies (communication, meetings, etc.).
