Mission Summary: Mission Summary: The Digital Manufacturing Technology team at Graphic Packaging is dedicated to improving the lives of our employees by modernizing digital communication tools across the organization. As a Digital Manufacturing Technology Intern, your role will focus on supporting the deployment of new technologies that enhance our connected worker programs. You will assist in implementing solutions designed to drive a culture of learning, enable knowledge transfer, and improve communication within our manufacturing environment. This internship plays a key role in supporting the systems that manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), skills/learning modules, operational rounds, and preventative maintenance (PM) routes.

Job Functions: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Management/Business Analysis & IT Systems & Project Support: Assist in the deployment of connected worker software Configure, secure, deploy and support operational iPad’s Collaborate with teams to support SOPs, learning modules, operational rounds, and PM routes Assist DMT team with reporting and analytics solutions Support the development and delivery of training materials and sessions Work closely with technical teams and software vendors to resolve issues Help maintain detailed records of configurations, processes, and best practices Learn how to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Work with PM to develop detailed plan, timelines and resource allocation Attend project meetings and coordinate as needed with operations

Specific Skills: Preferred skills include, but are not limited to:

Understanding of IT-related system processes. Knowledge of Microsoft-related products. Ability to learn IT systems and infrastructure. Analytical skills. Ability to develop documentation and training materials. Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done. Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements. Ability to meet deadlines.

Education/Knowledge:

Senior-level undergraduate or master’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred.
