As an IT Developer Intern, you will experience opportunities to gain real world skills in analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT projects. So, what will you be doing as an IT Developer Intern? + Develop new software solutions and create documentation. + Assist with support tickets, tasks, CI\CD pipeline, and code upgrades as needed. + Shadow team members and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. + Research, build, and explore ideas to improve workflows and development standards. + Collaborate with a mentor and present the results of your work. What will you take part in? + Experience Team dynamics and collaboration. + Exposure into cross-team tasks and projects. + Opportunity to gain experience about other IT teams and\or work with them on projects. + CI\CD Pipelines and Development best practices experience. + Support, training and development experience. To be successful in this role, qualifications you’ll need: + On track to graduate with a 4-year or graduate degree in Computer Information. Systems or other relevant degree. + Must have at least one programming class or programming experience. + Knowledge of SQL Database. + The initiative to take ownership on tasks. + The initiative to share ideas and motivation to make a difference. + Communication skills. + Works well with peers. Things we consider a plus: + Experience with C#, ASP.Net and SQL. + Ability to manage their time and workload. + Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team. + GPA of at least 3.0.
