IT Desktop Support Technician

Role Objective: We’re on the lookout for an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our APAC IT Support team in Sydney. This is a 12-month fixed-term role for a capable IT all-rounder with strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for solving problems, and a great attitude. You’ll provide on-site and remote desktop support across our APAC offices, assisting with everything from software and hardware issues to onboarding new staff and contributing to exciting tech projects. What You’ll Do: + Provide proactive on-site and remote support to users across APAC + Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Mac & Windows) + Manage IT onboarding/offboarding processes (AD, O365, laptop builds) + Maintain devices, printers, meeting rooms and networks + Manage tickets through ZenDesk and other IT tools + Support and maintain tools like JAMF, Intune, BitLocker, and Tanium + Help deliver regional IT projects and promote best practices What You’ll Bring: + 3+ years in a similar IT support role + Solid experience with Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, and O365 + Confidence working with VPNs, RDP, Zoom, Teams, Slack and remote access tools + Knowledge of IP networking and data infrastructure + Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g. ZenDesk) + Bonus points for Microsoft or Apple certifications!
