The ideal candidate will assist firm employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Once the temporary period is completed, driving will be required, so the candidate must meet certain vehicle-related qualifications. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for hardware, software, and OS issues on company desktops and laptopsTroubleshoot printer, VPN, and other network issuesMonitor and remediate AV issuesAssist with setup and maintenance of desktop systemsEnsure that desktop environments are running efficiently and troubleshoot any technical issuesCommunicate technical issues to employees effectively and in a user-friendly mannerDrive to various locations once the temporary period is complete, with required driving qualifications (license, insurance, and clean driving record)Participate in company-wide IT projects and initiativesQualifications and RequirementsAt least 1-3 years of desktop support experienceCompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications requiredFamiliarity with MS Windows OS and office productivity suiteAbility to troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printer, and VPN issuesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbalSelf-starter, team player, and takes initiativeEnergetic and able to interact with individuals at various organizational levelsMust possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance on a personal vehicle, and a clean driving record (for future driving duties)Must be able to pass an MVR background check and be added to a random drug testing poolBenefits and PerksHiring immediately for a full-time positionWeekly pay and direct depositJoin a collaborative and supportive work environmentAccess to medical benefits (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insuranceAdditional benefits include 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus programYour New OrganizationJoin a team that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.
