+ GENERAL DESCRIPTION + The Information Technology (IT) Department Manager is responsible for the operations of the BCHC Information Technology Department. This position will be responsible for working with all levels of IT resources. The responsibilities of this position are to manage, maintain, and protect the BCHC’s infrastructure and computing resources, ensure data confidentiality, and to keep a high level of availability for the information and systems. The IT Department manager will also develop comprehensive infrastructure and business systems strategies that align with hospital needs. + EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS + + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required. + WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS + Work requires a minimum of five years of related experience. Healthcare IT experience is preferred. + Prior leadership experience preferred.
