What You'll Do
Be part of a team that is transforming BCG into a bionic company! We are in the midst of building a multidomain Master Data Management solution that will ensure the uniformity, accuracy, and accountability of enterprise-wide master data assets for several domains.
The MDM Platform Engineer will work as an integral part of an Agile team in rolling out and supporting the MDM solution. The candidate will work closely with the MDM Solution Architect and MDM Data Architect to develop and support functionality within our enterprise MDM solution based on the Informatica R360 and C360 SaaS platform. The MDM Platform Engineer role will interact with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and IT from all parts of the business to ensure the MDM platform and solution remains operational, reliable and is governed to effectively support all our stakeholders. The MDM Platform Engineer will be responsible for automation of release management, version control, user authentication & authorization, Single Sign-On configuration with Okta, data connection setup, Log management, system hygiene, DaaS configurations, Security, User Access requests, infrastructure setup for
secure agents and more.
The role will co-ordinate any product related issues with Informatica and provide support to the MDM users and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
• System administrator experience in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) or other Data Management Platform
• System administrator experience in Informatica: C360 (SaaS) and/or Informatica R360 (SaaS) preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT experience with major focus on data related projects
• 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse and/or MDM solutions or as a data analyst in migrations
• MDM understanding and knowledge preferred
• Data architecture and database skills from consuming to rendering for MDM implementation
• Experience working on MDM development and implementation projects preferred
• Experience in cloud-based MDM solutions preferred
• Knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including SDLC and CI/CD, Sprints, Jira usage
• Diverse experience in application tools, languages, and frameworks
• Experience in SQL and Data Quality initiatives
• Experience of leveraging data visualization for Monitoring of Platforms
Who You'll Work With
Working closely with the MDM Product Owner, MDM Solution Architect, Platform Lead, Data Architect, Data Stewards and business contacts across BCG functions, DBA’s, and Infrastructure teams.

• System Administration for one or more of the Informatics Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform services, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), , Informatica Cloud C360 SaaS, Informatica R360 SaaS, Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC)
• Understand best practices for security, particularly for data security in the cloud.
• Using experience, curiosity, and abilities to identify and develop system improvements in coordination with the goals of the overall Agile team
• Upholding best practices in Administration to improve automation for user onboarding, release management, log management, troubleshooting etc. The successful candidate must be good at:
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and key data stakeholders to ensure the vision of delivering trusted Data as a Service. is realized through effective Administration.
• Aiding in resolving problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
• Performing analysis to understand and resolve issues in the platform or integrations.
• Strong analytical abilities and creative problem solving; reliability within a cooperative team environment.
• Working independently with general direction and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Good organization and prioritization skills; excellent communication skills across cultures in English
• Integrity and a positive attitude, especially while handling stressful situations in an internal customer facingrole
• Providing L2 /L3 Operations and Support.
• Delivering small enhancements or bug fixing.

• Experience in SQL, Data Quality and reporting initiatives as an administrator or engineer
• Ability to organize and manage operational needs of the end-to-end MDM solution in a fast paced environment
• Engage and communicate with business and technical stakeholders; ability to explain complex issues and solutions to varying stakeholders
• Experience in data analysis and data discovery activities in a transformation to enable smooth transition to RtB activities
