· Following IT HSBC standards, support implementation of changes into production in line with the entity goals.
· Manages expectations, results, and impact of agreed outcomes, thinking ahead to identify and overcome potential issues.
· Reporting to management issues or potential risk within technical origin or which can impact entity and clients
· Automate manual process within IT or operational areas focused on performance and capacity increasing.
· Close tracking of technical activities with vendors to ensure projects and recurrent activities to guarantee proper governance and services under agreed threshold.
· Work collaboratively with Senior Managers from other areas in IT to ensure stakeholder and customers’ requirements are met.
· Proactively seek opportunities to Organize IT services to improve a business operation in collaboration with other areas.
· Establishes effective relationships across the business and tech structure/matrix to ensure better engagement and better quality and effectiveness of deployment.
