MUST HAVE:

At least 6 years of experience as DB2 DBA ON MAINFRAMES  Must have strong hands on experience on all Database administration including Patching, installation, upgrades  Must be very strong on Patching mechanisms, working with all the required stakeholders  Good on performance tuning, health monitoring and take the business decisions to favor the health of the environment  Analytical and Communication skills  Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
