As an Account Manager/Consultant, you will become an integral part of our mission to improve healthcare safety and quality in Germany and beyond: The tasks: As a consultant in one of our consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products for our German Customers. Your tasks will include · Team work and independent project management, maintenance of our software products and follow-up support · Creating and implementing customer-specific solutions · Implementation, installation and documentation of our software solutions · Contact person for customers · Carrying out training courses By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Who we are looking for: We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing excellent customer service.
