IT Compliance Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

SOX SOD (Segregation of Duties) team assists with the management of roles and privileged access, SOD management and other compliance related activities. Supports our business teams in understanding and identifying access risks and assessing controls to mitigate those risks and writing reports to summarize observations. Leads projects working across multiple teams to assess current system security state, application access, and EC (Enterprise Control) data analytics to support SOD management.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Provide troubleshooting, analysis and technical expertise.Assist in the coordination of large-scale SOD access review engagements.Participate in security access risk assessments.Participate in the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies etc.Create informative and interactive data visualizations/models using PowerBI.Monitor progress and manage risk while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Perform ad-hoc SOD conflict assessments around new access requests, role modifications, and role to position changes.Support external and internal audit engagements.Developing client-specific reports and dashboards for data consumers.Monitoring and reporting on quality, risks, and potential opportunities for improvement. 

WHO YOU ARE:

1-2 years of experience in a similar position (auditing, reviewing, or working with user access).Prior experience creating reporting and dashboards in Power BI.Strong report-writing skills to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.An understanding of access control concepts.Ideally have previous exposure in supporting technical aspects of Finance.Excellent communication skills and an inclination to partner with our business teams to provide outstanding service delivery experience. ​Ability to work independently with clients and on project teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience using the PWC tool Enterprise Control (preferred).Experience with access provisioning within Oracle EBS (preferred).
