Education
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related studies or equivalent relevant experience.ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations certification from a recognized authorityHDI Desktop Support Technician certification or relevant training and/or experienceExperience/Skills
Minimum of three years of related work experience providing technical support in a busy high-volume environment to Clients with diverse backgrounds, preferably in an academic environment
