\nPurpose:
\nThe Jouneyman IT Capability Manager provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).  You will support NETCOM in applying architecture to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages. We are looking to hire a full-time IT Capability Manager to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
\nProvides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.                           \n\n\n\tProvides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.                                                                                            \n\tParticipates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.                                                                                                                                              \n\tDocuments gap analysis, staging, installation, testing within the established schedule, operational and costing parameters in support of the assigned capability.                                               \n\tConducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.    \n\tAssists the Government in synchronizing requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project within cost, schedule and performance identifying any issues in project meetings.      \n\tCoordinates development of deliverables and products.                                                                                 \n\tEnsures quality assurance of project deliverables.             \n\tManages the day to day operations of the capability                                                                                         \n\tAssists in validating spend plans and quantifying equipment and associated costs.                              \n\tCreates documentation, briefings, and project plans necessary to support NETCOM.\n\tProvides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. \n\tMaintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.                                              \n\tParticipates in special projects as required            \n\nEducation\n\n\n\tBA/BS or equivalent experience\n\n
\nQualifications/Certifications \n\n\n\tDoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM Level I Certification\n\tITIL® 4 Foundation Certification\n\n\n\n\tClearance: Secret \n\t5 – 8 years of experience in information technology field\n\n
