Summary & Role Information:
As part of RISE with SAP, several strategic and very large customers start their transformation journey towards Cloud along with SAP ECS using an enhanced delivery model. The ECS MEE Large Customer Operations Organization (LCO) has been setup to provide the right level of operations service with a dedicated team within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for these large strategic customers.
Within the LCO organization we have technical teams that operates on all levels for standard operations. But beside the technical skills of the operations team who are in charge to deliver high quality operational services, an active Quality Management is key to ensure continuous improvement of what we deliver.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and action-oriented colleague with technical affinity to support a variety of activities related to quality. We give you opportunities to develop in a broader range from quality management to technical area, supporting all teams in our organization.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Support with our ticket excellence initiative for incidents and service requests Support on process compliance and governance Driving small projects and programs related to process improvement initiatives on the daily operational activities Dashboard/data analysis to support pattern identification Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Role Requirements
1+ years’ work experience in IT technologies in a similar role Bachelor’s or master’s degree Student in Computer or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer science / Information Technology systems/ Computer applications / IT Business Systems Strong customer service focus, paired with analytical and solution-oriented thinking Ability to work in international teams, constantly adding value to customer and within organization Familiar with ITIL concepts of Service Management and Root Cause Analysis it’s an advantage Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Customer Services and Delivery board area As private cloud managed services provider, ECS Delivery is offering a key aspect in the intelligent business transformation journey of our customers we enter a new era of end-to-end service experience for our customers
