All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **The role you’ll contribute:** · The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a strategic business affiliate who informs the execution of an IT enabled business strategy and business value results. · The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) builds executive level/leader relationships and serves as **the** point of contact for all strategy and planning related IT efforts. · Through effective relationship management capabilities as defined by BRM Institute, the IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) contributes to the leadership team by partnering with business peers to understand strategic direction. They identify ways that the planning function can support and advance business objectives. Additionally, they shape business demand into supply by following the approved onboarding process which may involve affirming VP & above executive sponsorship, product comparisons, rationalization, resource forecasting, prioritization, vendor assessment, and contractual agreements. The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the point of contact and liaison between the Regional CIO or Site Director of AdventHealth IT and appointed service area(s) leaders. Through effective relationship management capabilities, the IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) develops technology strategies aligned with business strategy, process new IT request, participates in the planning and analysis of new IT solutions, serve as **the** point of communication for assigned areas, and coordinate the delivery of new IT solutions as appropriate. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** · **Direct** stakeholder (internal and when appropriate external) IT planning and strategy meetings. **·** **Evaluate and assess new IT requests to determine appropriate course of action in context of AH Strategic IT initiatives, current software standards, and existing AH policies and procedures.** · Research and analyze new technology solutions and compile work product to support the IT decision-making process. **·** **Develop customer-specific IT strategies into roadmaps and work plans for appointed areas utilizing various tools.** **·** **Build and maintain relationship with customers as the point of contact for the business to ensure IT solutions, communication, and priorities are aligned with business strategy.** **·** **Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of AdventHealth IT and assigned areas to identify and communicate how existing IT solutions can support business needs.** **·** **Influence discussions with senior management and facility IT leadership regarding technology trends and how best to take advantage of them as part of the strategic technology planning process.** **·** **Educate stakeholders (customer and AIT) on the intake or planning processes ensure compliance.** · **Work with local IT leadership** on prioritization of AIT initiatives based on organization’s needs, strategy, IT workload and budget. **·** **Liaison between assigned areas and IT by understanding the day-to-day working and decision-making process of the business.** **·** **Participate in the short & long-term planning sessions with customers to understand, assess, prioritize, and validate business demands and requirements through direct interaction with business leader stakeholders.** **·** **Identify opportunities to develop and grow the business through effective IT solutions.** · **Collaborate** with **the AIT** Team and business leaders to **develop** forward-thinking improvements that advance **AIT’s** ability to deliver IT solutions and with a high degree of efficiency and quality. **·** **Define** how planned **AIT** solutions will impact existing business processes and systems and manages their integration and develops risk mitigation plan and approach where appropriate. **·** **Promote business knowledge of IT process, roles, and procedures.** **·** **Acts as a broker of IT services with both internal and external resources and negotiates IT services and service-level agreements (SLAs) for assigned areas where appropriate.** **·** **Successfully deal with users in sensitive or critical areas, participate in remediation of issues in the business units work with AIT colleagues and leadership to address problems to the satisfaction of participants.** **·** **Engage AIT teams to understand progress against plans and manage customer expectations accordingly.** **·** **Perform other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of AdventHealth IT and comply with facility policy and procedures.** **·** **Work with AIT Leaders, Contracting Services, and Legal in support of contractual agreements for assigned areas where appropriate.** **·** **Manage active opportunities in the Planning Pipeline and ensure accuracy and completeness of information for reporting purposes.** **·** **Engage, as appropriate, with regional peers to promote cross-market planning collaboration to ensure consistency.** **·** **Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with executives.** **·** **Knowledge and ability to understand and achieve departmental goals.** **·** **Effective verbal and written communication skills.** **·** **Capable of solving problems quickly and accurately.** **·** **Able to assess and identify departmental opportunities associated with the use of technology/automation.** **·** **Demonstrate competency to work independently with minimal supervision.** Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll Budget · Clinical Operations + Data Analytics + Physician Office Practices **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:** · Four-year degree in an IT, Business or Healthcare field · A minimum of three
