Scope:

The Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) is a strategic role responsible for fostering strong relationship between the regional business partners and IT organization. Its mission is to increase the business value delivered by the IT organization and to ensure that Information Systems technology meets the current and future needs of the business. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to ensure that IT initiatives align with regional business needs and deliver maximum value. Responsibilities include guiding and assisting business through IT Systems Development Lifecycle activities related to Annual Demand Planning, Ideation through Intake, Release and Change Management, including process, tools and resources associated with the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of defined local, regional, and global initiatives requiring IT delivery. They are also responsible for establishing value management processes around IT initiatives and related business benefits and will play active role in evaluating and monitoring performance against established indicators.
