IT Business Lead Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and challenging technology projects in EMEA International region. The team is part of Services Markets Banking Functions (SMBF)and the position requires a skillset of Business Analysis, Agile Methodology and Project Management beside the technology related knowledge in order to drive and implement the projects end-to-end in the Franchise Critical Application (CFA) by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from both Technology as well as from Business side. The core focus of this position is the development and enhancement of the CFA application to support regulatory and management reporting function, operated by the Regulatory Reporting BAU teams in Finance department. The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. **What You Will Do In The Role:** + Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Business Analysis related activities of the Franchise Critical Application including collection of Business Requirements (BRD), preparation of Functional Requirement (FRD), drive Implementation, drive System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, Support Production Go Live activities, monitor post-Production Validation and Production Issue Resolution activities - depending on the assigned Project. + Serve as the Scrum Master of the dedicated Scrum Team including leading regular Scrum events, educating team members on Agile Methodology and best practices in order to increase the maturity level, ensuring completion of the monthly and quarterly Agility Health Radar surveys and identify development areas - depending on the assigned Project. + Serve as the Project Manager of the assigned projects including budgeting, resource management, prioritizations, roles and responsibilities, status updates and be able to manage the project in the Project Tracking System (PTS) end-to-end - depending on the assigned Project. + Represent professional standpoints on status update meetings internally and on committees with external senior stakeholders, contribute on technical and decision making forums + Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards + Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions **What You Will Bring To The Role:** + 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master and/or Project Manager; working for a multi-national firm + 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager; implementing technology projects end-to-end; i.e., create/plan/execute project plans and roadmaps + 2+ years of experience in Agile Methodology; driving or being part of a Scrum Team (SM, PO, BA, DEV, QA) + Data governance experience such as data analysis, data exploration, data acquisition experience, good understanding of BRD/FRD writing would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role + Good understanding of Financial data and governance (General ledger and Contractual data – Wholesale & Retail products and Broker Dealer) + Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with global stakeholders and be able to provide clear and short updates at all levels + Result-oriented and focus on excellent execution; proactively anticipating needs and prioritizing actions steps. Good problem-solving skills, mindful of raising risks/issues/dependencies and to take necessary actions proactively + An ability to act independently and take direction, as appropriate.
