The IT team of Italy Hub (Italy, Eastern Europe and Israel) is actively looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Integrator to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our IT initiatives align with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the IT lead of the projects, bridging between the business stakeholders and the different IT global, regional and local teams.Provide business value through the implementation of impactful solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, with high quality, while driving the appropriate OCM to foster solutions adoption.Be at the heart of the innovative transformation agenda.How You’ll Succeed:
Engage with the Italian key business stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing, Medical, Finance, Human Resources and Regulatory Affairs, to understand their needs and to contribute identifying opportunities to bring medicine to more people faster, using AI-driven insights and solutions, in full compliance and in alignment with the international governance.Lead with determination project implementation for the assigned portfolio and according to the agreed priorities.Act promptly in case of notified issues, to minimize the disruption to business by coordinating the appropriate IT and business teams towards the resolution.With a strong collaborative spirit, maintain a productive relationship with the regional/global teams to support the Italy Hub priorities.Work creatively in team to develop and implement IT-related OCM initiatives.Act with competence as point-of-contact for Italy Hub IT team on assigned cross-geographical workstreams.Participate actively in selected/delegated Italy Hub cross-functional governance bodies.Bring your passion to contribute to the Italy Hub transformation journey, according to the defined agenda and the assigned roles.Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation.What You Should Bring:

Master’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.2/3 years of experience in a business integrator or similar role within an IT department of a multinational company, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in Italian and English, at a professional level.Proficiency with one or more relevant programming languages such as R, SQL, Python, C++ .Hands-on experience with one or more relevant databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer, ecc.Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GxP).Proficiency in integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).Proficiency in MS Power Suite.Proficiency in AWS platform.Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, and their application in business processes.What We Offer:
