Job PurposeProvide IT application services to the business, through the use of approved and available IT budget and resources, aligned with the group's strategies and corporate policies, that give Dana a better position to serve its customers, while maintaining the required service levels.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish required service levels and document components related to each service
Establish levels of continuity, availability and recovery of services, reinforce compliance with them
Develop expected incident response and response times for more critical services
Implement work procedures that guarantee the availability of services, expected response times, and attention to incidents.
