Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business needs and processes. In this role, you will translate client requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical development. The Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams to validate solutions against requirements and drive project success. Responsibilities: + Elicit and gather business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. + Analyze and document business needs and processes to understand project objectives. + Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions. + Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and project goals. + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to requirements. + Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including conducting requirement reviews and solution validation sessions. + Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify the solution meets specified requirements. Requirements Requirements: + Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT project environments. + Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation. + Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. + Experience with tools for requirements documentation and project management (e.g., Jira, Confluence). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Nice-to-Have: + Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. + Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. + Background in IT systems or solutions, providing an understanding of technical requirements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
