IT Audit Manager
Description We are in search of a proficient IT Audit Manager to be part of our team. This role will be situated in Philadelphia, PA. The IT Audit Manager will be expected to contribute to our team's efforts in managing risks associated with technology use, innovating new methods, and staying updated on evolving technology trends. This individual will be instrumental in guiding our clients on various technology-related topics and ensuring efficiency in their operations. Responsibilities: • Analyze and manage risks associated with the use of technology to protect and lead enterprise value. • Drive innovation by thinking and implementing new ways of doing things. • Enable technology through the use of analytics, automation, and other new tools and methods. • Keep abreast with the latest trends and developments in all areas of evolving technology. • Work with clients to assess, identify risk, advise, and consult on different technology-related topics such as IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Frameworks, Cybersecurity, Cloud Audit, Data Governance & Privacy, Enterprise Applications, Technology Resilience, Disaster Recovery, IT SOX, Analytics, Emerging Technologies, Control programs, and Technology Enablement. • Identify areas of business and technology risk, and opportunities to improve efficiency, increase performance, and help clients better utilize all technologies. • Foster an open communication culture among all engagement team members. • Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business. • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. • Demonstrate experience with IT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries. • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications. • Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data. • Establish and cultivate business relationships and a detail oriented network, including with senior executives. • Translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives. • Lead and supervise teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. • Familiarity with Audit Program development and execution. • Experience with CaseWare software. • Knowledge in using CCH ProSystem Fx. • Understanding of CobiT framework and its application in IT audits. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions with accuracy and precision. • Experience in managing Audit Engagements and coordinating with various stakeholders. • Ability to effectively communicate Audit Findings to relevant parties. • Proficiency in Auditing techniques and standards. • Experience in designing and implementing Audit Plans.
