Ability to build effective relationships across a range of IT and non-IT partners. Organized and able to plan and coordinate activities. Experience of working in IT in an investment banking / controls environment, with financial products awareness Technically savvy with any knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL), reporting tools, service oriented architecture, web-based technologies. DESIRABLE: Accounting, financial products, controls awareness, with desire to learn more and apply this knowledge for IT solutions. Experience working globally across multiple regions.
