IT Architect IIII
CTG is seeking to fill an IT Architect IIII opening for our client in Richland, WA. Location: Richland, WA (hybrid remote) Duration: 12 months Duties: Replace Cisco UC phone system with Microsoft Teams phone system. Ensure seamless deployment and management of Microsoft Teams phone systems. Operate and manage E911 systems, preferably Intrado solutions. Manage and configure AudioCodes SBCs, SBAs, analog gateways, and phones. Deploy and maintain ASCOM Wi-Fi phones. Support and troubleshoot communication systems and technologies. Provide technical oversight for unified communications deployments. Train end users in groups and one-on-one settings. Collaborate with teams to design call flows and optimize networks. Maintain and upgrade communication infrastructure. Participate in system maintenance, including change management and on-call support. Develop and enforce technical standards and procedures for voice service issues. Mentor junior colleagues in technical matters. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams phone, Avaya, and Cisco UC systems. Experience with E911 systems, Intrado solutions preferred. Knowledge of telephony network technology including AudioCodes SBCs, SBAs, analog gateways, and phones. Experience with ASCOM Wi-Fi phone setup and operations. Strong understanding of VoIP technology and network protocols. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, project management, and team collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor both individuals and groups. Experience: 4-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams phone, Avaya, and Cisco UC systems. Experience with telephony network tech including AudioCodes SBCs, SBAs, analog gateways, and phones. Experience deploying and managing E911 systems, with a preference for Intrado solutions. Demonstrated experience with ASCOM Wi-Fi phone setup and management. Technical oversight and end-user training experience. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience. Preferred Certifications: CCNA-Voice, CCNP-Voice, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer, or other relevant telephony certifications. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
