In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for our business-critical software applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our application services
Key responsibilities:· Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Prioritizing customer needs with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
· Application Services.
· Release Deployment.
· Reporting Management.
· Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Required Skills:· Associate’s degree /bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Minimum of 2 years of IT Support experience, preferably in installing, configuring, supporting, and administering food and beverage management software products.
· Flexibility to work during US hours and in 24x7 shifts as required.
· Experience with IT service management frameworks preferred (e.g., ITIL).
· Understanding of SCCM.
· Solid understanding of networks, PCs, and ability to resolve installation issues.
· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server 2007, 2010, 2011, Oracle, and VMware).
· Hardware installation and replacement process.
· Configuration support process.
· Staging and Installation support process.
· Experience with Hardware and software troubleshooting.
· Experience with POS (Point of Sales)/ Retail technology.
· Have knowledge of Printers connectivity etc.
· Knowledge on Switches, Routers.
· Experience with Networking protocols (DHCP, TCP-IP etc.).
· Experience with Reimaging of desktop/ laptops.
· End Point management (Kaseya).
