We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Solution and Support Specialist. This position will work a hybrid work model.

You have a solid understanding of the Pricing and Quotation processes and some experience with implementing IT Solutions to support these processes. Experience with the Salesforce platform and system administration is a significant plus. ITIL certification is desirable. You have experience with supporting software systems and have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You can analyze processes, design and implement solutions to meet business requirements and provide domain expertise to application end users. You will support implementations in North and South America for IT solutions in Pricing and Quotations and ensure stable service operations for completed implementations.

This role will serve as a techno-functional consultant and support specialist in driving digital transformation for Sales and CPQ solutions. You will report to the senior director in the corporate IT Sales CPQ organization unit and work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and other technology professionals in a matrixed environment. In addition to technical and functional knowledge, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams. This is early to mid career position in IT and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise and support to end-users on IT systems for Pricing and QuotationEngage with stakeholders and end-users to support continuous improvement and increase adoptionTroubleshoot problems and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve software or integration issuesEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access controls.Assist in gathering of requirements, perform gap/fit analysis, and develop solutions to fit the requirements.Assist with implementing integrations with other Salesforce and non-Salesforce systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Salesforce releases to provide recommendations for new features and functionality.Assist in the development and testing of new software features.Develop and implement best practices for application support processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Engineering.2-4 years of experience in IT solution implementation, support and service delivery, especially for Pricing and Quotation applications.Experience with SQL and databasesBusiness Analyst or Support Specialist experience in IT platforms and solutions.Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile tools and methodology.Understanding of Salesforce suite of products, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related technologies is a significant plus.Ability to travel up to 30% domestic and international.Legally eligible to work in the United States for any company without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.Salesforce Admin certification is preferred.ITIL certification is preferred.Experience with SAP application support is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is $60,340 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. This position is eligible for a 10% yearly incentive of the base salary.
