As IT Analyst for the Continental Tire Manufacturing systems (MES), responsible to providing support for the IT shopfloor infrastructure and manufacturing processes. The role includes the support to key users of the manufacturing plant of Rayong. + Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls + Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties + Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe condition + Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others + Participate in project management activities such as planning and executes project tasks assigned + Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders and other project members + Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions + Sources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the various organizations + Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets (including stock count) are maintained in accordance to Continental standards + Collects, maintains and publishes key IT service measurement statistics and KPI as and when required + Practise ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Problem Management and Demand Management + Maintain IT know-how in the plant through proper documentation + Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field + Minimum 3 years of IT or Industry working experience. Experience in Windows technologies security concepts and applications, MCSE Certification, Microsoft Technolgy, PC/Laptop and Mobile Solution Technology + Has conducted or involved in IT Infrastructure project + Experience in leading project + Experience in working in a multi-national company + Good command in English Ready to drive with Continental?
