Job Description

You will support comercial activities for different Network products and services in the Infrastructure area.

Your Tasks:

Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogueConsult service owners for implementing changes to service structureIdentify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service deliveryManage commercial product lifecycle of IT servicesWork with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation and charging

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer or Business Administration is required.Between 3-5 years of working experience in the areas of purchasing, cost or cost accounting is requiredContracting Knowledge in context of vendor managementCommercial Knowledge for budget and chargingIT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modelingExcellent in MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPointExcellent in presentations, verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & being able to work in global team environmentExcellent team player with collaborative approach to problem solvingLanguage Skills: English (Fluent), German (differentiating factor - not mandatory)
