IT AI & Automation software specialist
Role Purpose Design, develop, and implement AI models and machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.Fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and reliability.Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs. Develop, test, and deploy AI models and automation tools, ensuring scalability and performance. Identify and optimize manual processes for automation opportunities.Implement APIs and integrate AI models with existing software systems.Core Competencies & Qualifications B.Sc. of Engineering or Computer science Proven experience in IT Automation and software engineering, technical leadership skills with a strong focus on new technology streams Experience and awareness of telecom technology.Strong knowledge in Automation ToolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesIdentify inefficiencies in business processes and design AI-driven or automated solutions to improve productivity. Monitor deployed AI models and automation systems to ensure they meet performance and accuracy requirements. Continuously improve solutions by retraining models or updating automation workflows based on feedback and new data. Seamlessly integrate AI models and automation workflows into the organization's existing IT infrastructure.Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions using AI and automation.Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proficiency in languages like Python, R, Java, or C++ for developing AI and automation solutions. Understanding of APIs and microservices for system integration. Understanding of business workflows and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
