Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for applications built using Angular, React, and D3 as well as other open source technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs and backend services.Collaborate with development teams to understand and resolve technical issuesAssist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and apply permanent fixes to the critical and recurring issuesHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Perform design reviews with the respective development for critical applications and provide inputsDocument support processes and solutions for future reference.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Up to 10 years of experience in software development and support.Strong proficiency in Angular, React, and D3, Proficient in Python for backend supportFamiliarity in Hadoop Ecosystem as well as DatabricksExperience with RESTful APIs and web services.Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript as well as Azure, AWSFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Best practices in hosting the applications in platforms like OCP (onprem and cloud) etcExperience with open-source projects and contributions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
