Recurly is looking for the next team member for their IT Team. The IT Administrator will work with Recurly’s IT infrastructure. They will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality, efficiency, and satisfaction of Recurly’s corporate staff.
The IT Administrator must be knowledgeable in macOS software and systems. The role requires critical thinking and problem solving with high attention to detail. Since end-user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
This is an in office role in Austin, TX. Currently Recurly is in office Tuesday through Thursday, but there will be additional days required for special projects. You should be able to be in the office five days a week if required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and training for end users Assist with the configuration and deployment of end-user systemsInstall and configure software and hardware (OS, applications, etc)Collaborate with other teams to maintain standards and functionalityMaintain inventory levels such as equipment, peripherals, etc.Ensure meeting room functionality and organizationProvide A/V assistance for company meetingsKeep IT related supplies clean and organizedQualificationsExperience as an IT Administrator in a macOS environment or similar experience (such as Apple Genius)You’re passionate and excited about technology. Maybe you’ve built an app, or game for fun, or maybe you’re a tinkerer.Experience with Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, Okta, Jamf, Salesforce is a plusYou are a self-starterYou take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution with a high sense of urgencyYou are detail oriented.
