Years of Experience – 8-15 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Architecture, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suit of products
Required Skillset
Process Expertise – Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting process with experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
Technical ExperienceHands on Experience in implementing using latest versions any of the Oracle’s On-premise Hyperion suite of products such as Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management and products like PBCS, EPBCS, PCMCS etc. Experience in implementation of cloud modules will be added advantage.Ability to appreciate user requirements in EPM and Finance domain and convert them in to design specs and architecting solutionsExperience in the area of end to end Hyperion EPM Implementation Application DesignDesign Reporting Chart of Accounts and data integrations; Good understanding of GL systemsAbility to play a role of Techno-Functional consultant on Hyperion application and managing various phases of program.General Experience:
Masters in Accounting or Finance, CA, CPA, MBA preferred Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.Strong ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Senior Consultants for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelAbility to understand and translate a client’s business, informational and process needs into BI SolutionAuthoring & Publishing artifacts, Artifact LifecycleExperience with full software lifecycle methodology with ability to execute and track BI Project delivery.Minimum years of experience: 5+
